t's All Coming Back To Me Now is de 3de single van Falling Into You en geschreven foot Jim Steinman. Meat Loaf wilde echter ook het numer opnemen voor zijn nieuwe album, Bat out of Hell III. Jim Steinman vond eigenlijk dat It's All Coming Back To Me Now meer een nummer was voor een zangeres en niet een zanger.
It's All Coming Back To Me Now is tevens het nummer waar het album Falling Into You mee begint, en dat is en goede keus. Het nummer is geproduceerd door Steven Rinkoff en Roy Bittan als een Co producer. De backing vocals worden verzorgd door Todd Rundgren, Eric Troyer, Rory Dodd, Glen Burtnick en Kasim Sulton, die tegelijkertijd ook voor Meat Loafs nieuwe album werkte.
Nick Dick en Simon Archer namen de regie van de videoclip voor hun rekening, terwijl Jaromic Svarc voor een mooie afwerking zorgde. It's All Coming Back To Me Now zou de duurste videoclip van Céline ooit worden. Hij is opgenomen tussen 29 juni en 3 juli 1996 in het zomer paleis van de Oostenrijkse keizer,Ploskovice en Barandov Studio's in Praag. Castle Ploskovice is gebruikt voor de scenes die buiten zijn opgenomen. Er zijn 2 versies van de videoclip de album vesie die 7:44 duurt en de single versie 5:00. Ze zijn beide terug te vinden op de DVD van All The Way... A Decade Of Song & Video.
De videoclip begint met een motor rijder die die een ernstig ongeluk krijgt nadat de bliksem een boom raakt en de motorrijder deze moet ontwijken omvalt en zelf tegen de omgevallen boom aanrijd. Het personage dat Céline speelt wordt achterna gezeten door de ziel van haar geliefde en ziet hem via spiegels, en fotolijstjes. Er zijn heel wat overeenkomsten met de stijl en opbouw van deze videoclip met die van Total Eclipse Of The Heart.
Er zijn verschillende versies van de CD single uitgebracht in 1996 , en een op al die verschillende uitgave staan natuurlijk ook een hoop andere nummers, de uitblinkers op deze single zijn toch wel The Power Of The Dream, het nummer dat Céline song tijdens de opening van de Olympische spelen in 1996 in Atlanta. En er staat een live versie op op Where Does My Heart Beat Now. Een 7” single en en Cassette single. De Single versie van It's All Coming Back To Me Now is later op All the Way… A Decade of Song geplaats.
It's All Coming Back To Me Now was zn megahit over de hele wereld dat het bijna overal in de top 5 stond van de single chart of enig andere chart. In de US is dit tevens en van de weinige singles die een Platina plaat hebben behaald, hiervoor moet je meer dan 1,180,000 singles verkopen.
It's All Coming Back To Me Now werd overal vol lof ontvangen, zo noemde tThe Calgary Newspaper het “Celine's hoogtepunt van haar Engelstalige cariëre” en The Miami Herald said “ Céline heeft een dancepaar uit de balzaal geschopt, It's All Coming Back To Me Now is 7 minuten lang een musicaal hoogstande wat menig opera zangeres zou wegvagen, het is een over de top maar passievol muziekstuk. Zelfs Andrew Lloyd Webber, de Musical koning vertelde Jim Steinman dat het de beste ballad ooit geschreven is, en dat hij nadat hij Céline's versie had gehoord hij het, het nummer van het millennium noemde.
Naast dat we It's All Coming Back T Me Now terug kunnen vinden op Falling Into You en All The Way... A Decade Of Song, is het later ook nog eens toevoegt op My Love: Essential Collection.
